As part of my Professional Diploma in Group Sound Relaxation Therapy with The British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) I am calling for people to take part in this case study session. It is free to join, I just ask that you provide some quick feedback (via questionnaire) at the end for my course.
During the session we will resonate with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and other soothing instruments.
These harmonious sounds are designed to guide you on a blissful journey of relaxation and restoration.
