A sound bath is a therapeutic experience that involves participants lying down while experiencing the vibrations and sounds produced by various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and others. The experience is intended to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and healing. 

A sound bath can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the context of the session. We are able to offer shorter or longer sessions to accommodate different preferences. 

The benefits of a sound bath may include stress reduction, relaxation, improved mood, enhanced creativity and intuition, increased focus and clarity, improved sleep, and overall physical and emotional healing. Some people also report experiencing a deeper sense of connection to themselves and others. 

Anyone can participate in a sound bath, regardless of age, physical condition, or experience with meditation or other healing practices. However, individuals who are in the early stages of pregnancy, have certain medical conditions, or are sensitive to sound or vibration should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Please let us know if you have any underlying conditions that we may need to take into consideration.

During a sound bath, you will typically lie down on a mat or blanket and be surrounded by various instruments that produce soothing sounds and vibrations. We may guide you through a meditation or visualisation, or simply allow you to relax and listen to the sounds. Some people may experience physical sensations, emotions, or insights during the session, this is completely normal. 

You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely and breathe deeply. Avoid tight or restrictive clothing that may interfere with your relaxation. If it is chilly please bring along a jumper some cozy socks as it it normal for your body temperature to drop as you enter a meditative state. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, to help you feel more comfortable during the session. Also a bottle of water.
