The sound is produced by various instruments taken from many cultures around he world which have been used for centuries in prayer, meditation and healing. Such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and percussion. The sounds are typically played in a gentle and rhythmic pattern to create a soothing and calming effect.

During a sound bath, you will close your eyes and focus on the sounds and vibrations around you, allowing your mind and body to enter a deep state of relaxation. The experience is often described as a “bath” of sound, with the waves of sound washing over and through the body, producing a sense of peace and tranquility.

We can offer group setting or individual sound baths upon request, these typically last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour or more.
